Se informa públicamente a todos los clientes, proveedores, colaboradores y terceros que Yasser Eder Sinisterra Burbano, (en calidad de persona física y nombre fiscal), así como Food & Quality Company (en calidad de nombre comercial registrado bajo su titularidad) y adjunto a los dominios en internet (.com, .eu, & .es) PROCEDERAN al cese definitivo, absoluto e irrevocable de toda su actividad económica y comercial, a partir del 01 de Junio de 2026, ya que ha cambiado de figura y forma fiscal, así como a su correspondiente baja formal en los registros oficiales. En cumplimiento del artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) y de la normativa civil y mercantil española vigente.

Se notifica que con la publicación de este aviso finaliza formalmente toda operativa. Por tanto, una vez formalizado el cese de actividad tanto del titular fiscal como de su nombre comercial, no se generará ni asumirá ninguna responsabilidad comercial, civil o legal por incidentes, reclamaciones o hechos sobrevenidos de manera posterior a la fecha de efectos del cierre y/o por uso del nombre comercial bajo ningún tipo de circustancia.

Asimismo, en nuestra condición de titulares legítimos de la marca registrada YESB FOOD & QUALITY COMPANY SPAIN, informamos de que queda expresamente prohibida cualquier reproducción, imitación, réplica o uso no autorizado de dicha marca, de su nombre comercial y de su logotipo asociado. El titular se exime de toda responsabilidad legal o comercial derivada del uso inconsútil, fraudulento o ilícito que terceros pudieran realizar de los elementos de identidad corporativa y logotipos ligados a la actividad comercial que aquí se cesa, reservándose el derecho de ejercer las acciones legales oportunas.

Atención a incidencias y garantías previas: De estricto conformidad con el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), y con el único fin de salvaguardar posibles derechos o incidencias legítimas derivadas exclusivamente de operaciones formalizadas antes del cese, se habilita el siguiente CANAL UNICO de comunicación directa con el titular:

Los datos de facturación anteriores se conservarán de forma bloqueada y segura para el estricto cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y de inspección durante el plazo de 6 años estipulado en el artículo 30 del Código de Comercio.
